Website that helps with priceline

Sorry, I searched for the post that contained this, but can't seem to find it.

Someone posted a link to a website that helps you figure out what hotels are in the categories listed on priceline and hotwire. I seem to remember the guy that runs it having a Michigan logo as his avatar.

Can anyone help with this link?
