7:1 any too suited is a call for me, extra bonus for the high card. One exception is if you know the limpers like to call/rr pf. Then is it is not worth it. As 640 eludes to, the other exception is if the players are tricky postflop, it might be harder to play correctly negating the +EV the call has.
