Lost Speeding Ticket

So a couple weeks ago I got pulled over for speeding on I-88 in New York. I was home for the week visiting the family from Vegas. Now I'm back in Vegas, and I need to send the not guilty plea in, but I cant find the ticket. I have no idea what town I got pulled over in. What can I do about this? Another problem: the officer spelled my name wrong on the ticket. My last name is Beruta, but he wrote "Bermuta."

Any ideas?
