Default Ruling on hand \"misrepresentation\"

FW's the other day.

Guy moves over from the must move and proceeds a non-stopping monologue during each hand. He was generally driving everyone nuts and being a jerk but he was playing badly so, the decent players put up with it.

I fold T8o and there are 2 limpers and this guy raises out of the BB.

Flop is TT5, he checks, 1st limper bets, 2nd one folds, BB calls.

Turn of course is an 8, now the BB fires and the limper calls.

River of course is the case T and the BB fires and the limper calls.

BB says, "I have a 5" and the limper (sitting in the 1 seat)says "That beats me" and drops his hand on top of the muck. BB turns over 64o for 6 high.

Limper is not happy and picks up his 2 cards. Obviously a dispute ensues and the floor is called over.

Dealer tells the story and says that he saw a J in the hand of the limper as his hand was going on top of the muck.

Who gets the pot?
