Is something wrong with TITN (no email replies)

I am a TITN member. I already have rakeback by them at one site. Now I would like to open an account at Hollywood Poker.

I have send two e-mails to TITN support asking for signup instructions for Hollywood Poker, but I got no anwser. One e-mail was sent 3 days ago, and another was sent yesterday.

Why are they not replying?
