Default Poker Grapher Technical Problem

One day I go to start pokergrapher like usual and this "Microsoft .Net Framework" box pops up and telss me something about the index. I tried unistalling and reinstalling, same problem. Pokergrapher stills works, but but under options and limits there is nothing there (I can't choose what limits to use) and I can't specify dates. If I click on details I get the following info:
************** Exception Text **************
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
at PokerGrapher.frmMain.LoadSiteList(String filename)
at PokerGrapher.frmMain.InitializePokerTrackerDB()
at PokerGrapher.frmMain.frmMain_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnLoad(EventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.OnCreateControl()
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.CreateControl(Boolean fIgnoreVisible)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.CreateControl()
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmShowWindow(Message& amp; m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.ScrollableControl.WndProc(Mes sage& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.ContainerControl.WndProc(Mess age& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WmShowWindow(Message&amp ; m)
at System.Windows.Forms.Form.WndProc(Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.ControlNativeWindow.OnMessage (Message& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(M essage& m)
at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam)

Does anyone know how I could fix this problem or is there another program like pokergrapher that I could use instead. Also, just to be clear nothing else appears wrong with my computer.

Thanks!
