ISO LAG - Did I chase on the flop?

Villian is pretty laggy - 28/19/2 I've been in a couple hands and been able to get him to lay down hands when I play back at him.

<font color="blue"> Pretty boring flop and this guy has folded to me a couple times already so I CB. The CR tells me I'm probably in trouble, but made a loose call since he's a little laggy and I didn't want to fold on the same round. Planning to fold the turn UI. </font>

<font color="blue"> The turn helps me a little. I pick up a gutshot with my two overs. Gives me just enough odds to call (7 outs needs 5.6:1 - I'm getting 5.75, plus I probably get at least 1 more bet on river). </font>

After I typed this up it looks pretty basic, but I'm not 100% on the flop decision. Plus I promised myself I'd make my first hand post this morning.
