Default 100NL Good spot to checkraise NFD?

Villain's all seem normal. My image my be tilty, I am not on tilt, but have lost two bad hands to UTG in the the last rotation. First a flopped flush to his nut flush on a steal, and then on a QQJ flop allin for his 60bb with AQ to his JJ. This is 2 hands after the JJ hand, so they may think I'm steaming.
Lead would be optimal if I can get it all in with a B3B, but leaves me in a not so pretty spot OOP on the turn if I am smoothcalled. A checkraise seems sexy as my image will probably get me some calls from one pair hands from players that would normally fold to a checkraise unless they had >2pair. Thoughts? Just keep it simple and lead?
