Crypto & Prima - Cashout

I'm looking to expand my poker sites range into Prima and/or Crypto network. But I've heard bad things about both of them regarding cashouts, and them requiring faxed information and/or a posted PIN before you can cash out.

Is this still true? If so, which skins do this if not all of them? Is it the case where you use Neteller and its fine but if you use a credit card you have to fax stuff, like at one Tribeca skin I played at?
