There are no set breaks. You can't expect someone to not go to the bathroom for 2 days. You can't expect someone not to eat for a few days. Right? So you can use the bathroom. You can get something out of the fridge (to eat at your desk). There are not set breaks (like a 15 min break from 10:00-10:15). Does that clear it up for you?
