Float into trips then check raised
$2/5 on Crypto network, villain seems like an aggressive TAG, I am similar but probably have a fairly fishy image as I've been running bad. I'm not a regular in the game but I get the impression villain is. I have starting stack, villain has doubled up. I couldn't find a good converter for Crypto, apologies.
Preflop: Villain raises to $25 utg, I call in MP with Th 8h, all other players fold. Flop: Ac Td 9h (pot $57) Villain bets $45, Hero calls. Turn Tc (pot $147) Villain checks, Hero bets $50, Villan check-raises to $150, Hero calls River 3d (pot $447) Villain quickly pushes for effectively $273. Am I getting played every time here? Part of the reason I bet small on the turn was to try and elicit action, but I still felt like a donk this whole hand. Comments on all streets incl. preflop and the flop float appreciated, thanks. |
