Default Re-min-raise on Flop 100 NL

No real reads, playing table on autopilot. Is the re-min-raise a good idea? Under my understanding people can't fold to minraises and this makes it easier to get all the $$ into the pot and minimize the chance of villain folding something like AJ, KJ, QJ, or even TT, JJ.

Calling his flop checkraise keeps the pot kinda small and 3-betting might scare him away.

Preflop: Hero is CO with 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.50.

Flop: ($11.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $7, UTG+1 raises to $14, Hero raises to $21...
