CON question?

I recieved an offer for a $100 bonus for $888,888 weekend in the mail. Does anyone know if this would be the 20X(or 50X via neteller) or would this fall under the "other bonus" section and thus only be 2x wr? According to their terms (see below) it would seem to be 2x, for this does not seem to be a happy hour, Initial deposit bonus, or 888-Day ($88) bonus. I would hate to deposit via Net. and have a 50x play though. Thanks.
