How to get friend in bed with ugly girl?

Here is the deal, my friend hasnt had sex for a while and there is this girl who is really ugly.
The girl seems interested in him and sends regurally a text msg to him like why dont you stay over tonight and shizzle. Now normally he woudn't go having sex with her but I am trying to convince him its ok to go there one night and dump her the next morning. If this goes through I can make fun of him for eternity.

OT please give me some advice to ease up this process.
