Best zipcode in Vegas to purchase a renatal Condo?

I am looking to purchase a condo in Vegas and lease it out for a few years before I retire and move to town. Any locals have a suggestion as to the best area primarily for a high occupancy rate and less concern to future appreciation or current overvalue in that market?

In case any of you own or knows someone well thay owns a condo near the Strip that wants to sell please point me in the right direction.

Yes I know I can work through a realtor but I prefer to trust poker players instead. Call me crazy!!!
