Default Getting Raised on the Turn

I really struggle with situations like this. This is without a doubt my biggest leak. It seems when I call down I always lose to trips or middle pair. When I fold I always feel like I'm giving the hand away.

Villian is 29/13/1.8 after 100 hands.

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Flop: (8.40 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP folds, Button calls, BB folds.

Turn: (5.20 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button raises, Hero ?

Do I call down or fold? What if villian was 40/20/2, would that change anything?
