Default Middle East

We have chaos in the middle east, rising gas prices, stock market tanking and rising interest rates. Anyone else think that the odds of the senate focusing on an internet gambling bill is pretty slim.

Can these politicians really go back to their constituents and tell them that, although the world is coming to an end, at least people won't be able to play poker online anymore?

I wouldn't put anything past these morons, but until the middle east situation (current upscaling of violence) resolves i would have to think this bill gets shelved.
