Live 3/6 game
I'm in sb with JTo with about 5-6 people who limped in with me (this casino is way loose). I complete. Flop comes KQ9 rainbow. Being first to act and lots of loose callers behind me I bet out: loose caller calls, sort of aggressive player raises, everyone folds to me. I call, loose player calls. Turn is A, i donk... How's my line so far my thoughts in white With a loose caller between us my thinking is a reraise will knock him out and show the aggressive player that I have a great hand. A call here would allow me to donk and potentially trap the loose guy for another bet while I hope the aggressive player raises. While the aggressive player likes to bet a lot with weak hands on the flop I haven't seen him raise that much so he might have something pretty solid here. The A on the turn is perfect because he might think I just hit an ace(these players aren't that bright so maybe he thinks I was fishing to improve to a pair of aces. If he has two-pair he might raise me on the turn with the loose player in between or better yet if he has a set he might conclude that he's still ahead and do the same. I think given the aggressive players nature trying to trap the loose player made sense. |
