Default kidney/lower back pain

for about 26 hrs now I've been feeling a dull aching throbbing in my lower left kidney when I stand up - I drank about a 2 liter of Mt. Dew on Sat. night and smoked a little green, and suddenly blammo -

hunching over or fetal position makes the pain go away - but if I stand up and start walking I get that dull aching throw right about where the hip, kidney, and lower back all meet -

don't think it's a stone - not as painful as I've heard they could be but then the bastard feels like if I have one it hasn't left the kidney yet - hoping it's just an infection or hernia - I should be so lucky, right?

guess it's off to urgent care in the morning - ach. I hate [censored] getting old.
