Default BB makes bottom pair no Kicker. peel for one?

villains are donkish. dont remember (50/8 and 50/25 but it doesnt matter that much). do you peel the flop for one?
i clearly peel with bottom pair and a backdoor FD or SD.
would you bet the turn if you picked up a flush draw (when the Qh would be a Qc)?
