There's no money in cures! Who the hell wants some sissy-ass cure?

We Americans like our beer cold, our women hot, and our doctors prescribing us poorly researched, overpriced, side-effect-loaded chemicals that we need to renew for the rest of our lives to treat symptoms.

If we start curing things, how the hell are the pharmaceutical and insurance companies going to make any money?
