Ok guys, criticisms are granted. We've had a "good help is hard to find" problem, and we've been sluggish to improve as a result. So maybe you can help us.

1. We're looking for a web designer and also possibly someone to do the technical stuff. Know a good one? Please send me a recommendation.

2. We're looking for some community software that will integrate blogging, chat, and possibly something myspace-ish with the forum software. Know a good software package? Please send me the recommendation.

Have an idea? Let me know. Have an idea WITH a solution for how to implement it? LET ME KNOW!

If you want some explanation for the "incompetence" as you see it (which I think is an absurd criticism of the company that absolutely dominates its field), here they are:

1. Mason's priority is NOT to grow the business as quickly as possible. That's just not where he's at. Financially, he's set for life, and now he mostly wants to have a positive impact on poker. I'm not saying he doesn't want to grow the business.. he just has other priorities that are higher on the totem pole.

2. I do want to grow the business. However, I've written three books in two years and am working on a fourth. I am busy. Also, I don't have any business experience at all, so I'm learning.

Every day, 2+2 gets contacted by people who want to "partner" with us without offering anything. People look at 2+2 and see dollar signs... for themselves, not for growing the business. It's tough for people like us to find GOOD, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL people to work with to really do something positive. This is our present challenge.

If you think you know such people, please send me recommendations.
