Shorthand vs Full table

Which one do you guys perfer and why?
The reason being I have been playing shorthanded for the longest time now and I was wondering maybe it is time to switch since I play a tighter then normal game shorthanded. It just seems my style would fit better there. My VPIP for shorthanded is 18.52 which seems a bit low. So should I move to full tables or loosen up at shorthanded.
