Default Guerilla Swimming in Vegas?

So, after much soul-searching, I have switched from the MGM to the IP for my 9-day WSOP trip to Vegas next week. Party due to the fact that it is only half the price, but mainly to be closer to the rooms that I want to play (Venetian, Wynn, Bellagio, Mirage, Caesars, and of course, Rio) and to be free from poker rate commitment to play 5hrs/day at the MGM. I want to come and go as the mood takes me.

I have one of the remodelled rooms at the IP, so it will be adequate for my needs, but the big negative for me from this switch is the relative quality of the pools. MGM is large and nice, IP is small and crappy.

So to my question; do any Vegas locals or veterans have any tips to share about how to blag your way into the pool areas of hotels where one isn't actually staying?

Presumeably, some pools are easier to gate-crash than others? Any tips on secret routes, back entrances, code-words, funny-handshakes, bribes or whatever would be greatly appreciated.

I have a rental car, so location is practically a non-issue.

Many thanks.

Rob
