Honestly CnR management, it would have been "appropriate" to let the 10 of us know about this a lot earlier than you did since I don't think you can credibly claim you didn't know this was going to be a problem until just a few days ago Maybe you tried to come up with a last minute solution but failed, if this was the case, it couldn't have hurt to tell us that in your original email. Just saying you have cash flow problems doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. You also responded to the 10 of us slowly and failed to provide us with any real detail. To your credit, you have corrected this some what.

As to misinformation, I mistakenly assumed that the sum was 100K, not realizing that only three of us had won main event tickets. My bad. I think the question of why a company dealing with millions of dollars can't come up with only 40K is pretty legitimate.

However, I am more inclined to believe you now when you say that we will all be paid. Though I withdrew some of the money you gave us as a first installment (to help cover some immediate expenses), I left some in my account and just finished playing a tournament at CnR (though the withdrawal is still showing as pending, hint, hint). I'm assuming you now have some idea of what the reaction would be if you ever fail to make future payments.

Oh, and I was clearly kidding in that other thread on that other forum when I imagined the CnR boss with all our money trying to get even at some high stakes casino. I think I even added a liberal number of winky faces.
