Other Uses for Amaretto

I'm not sure why I forgot this earlier...fresh-squeezed lime and orange juice make a sour-mix that works very well with amaretto. I've had those three together as an amaretto sour that was topped with cracked black pepper, which worked surprisingly well fwiw.
