Looking to spice up a new home game

Friends,

I started a home game last weekend and it went over with moderate success. The game is 25 min buyin dealer's choice but mostly no-limit hold'em and omaha with .25 and .50 blinds. I'm looking for a way to spice it up a little though because most of the players are tight. And most of those that are tight only want to play hold'em which makes it even more boring. Wild card games are out of the question as everyone hates them. So what can I do to spice it up a little?
