Party's latest patch and heads up tourneys

My new favorite hobby is spending 20 minutes trying to click fast enough to sit down at a heads up tourney table. This was never an issue for me before Party's latest executable. By the time I get a new table open, usually one person is already down 1/4 of their stack!! Not sure if it's my internet connection or table filters or what, but does anyone have any this issue? Any tricks for getting a seat that I just don't know about?
