Holdem v's Stud for contributed rake bonuses

I usually 6-table NL50 holdem for my bonuses, but I was planning to do a few "contributed rake" bonuses on Prima. Will a bonus clear quicker at 7-stud if it is contributed rake, cos you ante every pot?

I was thinking to 6-table stud could be difficult as you need to keep an eye on all the upcards round every table.

Whats the best way to do contributed rake bonuses?
