Help with Party's calculations

I know there is already a thread in regards to the party pop-up bonuses but I really want to try and figure out how they are coming up with these and what I’m obviously doing wrong here. Just as a background I am a blue level player, I just moved back to Party after the skins split. Last month I earned 3368 points plus 3307 bonus points playing 5-10, so it’s not like I didn’t play at all.

Well I got my pop-up and it was for $110 for 2600 points. My offer did not seem very good so I decided to see how I compared with everyone else that had posted. I figured dividing the bonus amount by points needed would be a fair comparison, mine came in a .042 per point. Here is what the others looked like:
