No reads on villain. I checked/called the turn to keep the pot small. I wasn't scared of the river card, but didn't really know what to make of the small turn bet.

Does anyone bet around 10.00 on the river here? Does anyone think I missed out on some value? I'm inclined to believe that a bet was in order here.
