Interperate this MySpace message

So I set up a MySpace Account a couple months ago back when that was the cool thing to do. Didn't put much effort into my profile and haven't really talked to anybody and I get this message today.

Weird that she was on her "friend's" account which doesn't have pictures. I feel like she's probably either a guy or 12 years old but since OOT is always so supportively kind and optimistic I'd like your thoughts.
