eurobet
My account was frozen last Friday or Saturday. I was told on Monday it would be investigated by eurobet's "poker provider," and it would either be reopened or an explanation given. At the end of Monday, after hearing nothing, I sent them another email. They responded that it would be investigated on Tuesday (today). Tuesday morning I sent another email.
I got this in reply, fairly identical to the one I received Monday: We apologise for the inconvenience caused, however we would like to inform you that our poker provider alerted us with your account on Saturday 6th May as being involved in fraudulent transactions to and rom poker players. Our poker department will be investigating this matter later on today and your account will either be reactivated in the day or you will be sent an email with further clarification. Again, please accept our apologies for the disruption this weekend. Kind regards, David Coral Eurobet Customer Services I sent them this: This is what I was told Monday. As I am positive I wasn't involved in any fraudelent transactions, please do what you have to to get my account open today. Do you reimburse your customers in some way for the time and trouble you cause them? You have never given me any reason why you think I did something wrong. I find your treatment of your customers highhanded and unwelcoming. /end email So maybe it wasn't the wisest move to be so belligerent, because then I got this in reply: Thank you for your message. We would like to inform you that the reason your account has been suspended is because it appears that your account has breached our and our poker suppliersTerms and Conditions. This is in regards to passing funds across the table/s. Should you have an explaination to this please reply to this email and we will pass it to the investigation team. Your account will remain suspended until a satisfactory explaination has been given. /end email I know of two people on pokerroom/eurobet. One plays only limit tables and the other I've played heads up play money for minihula and that's it. So I don't know how they could think I was passing chips. I wrote to them and basically told them this, and asked them to send the hands where it looks like I was "passing chips." Anyone been in this situation before and have advice? I only had 1600 dollars in the account, but it's frustrating to lose it for no reason. And if Eurobet will act this arbitrarily, I want to get the word out. |
