$50NL 6max: Did I give up too early?

I'm having hard time with LAGs. He raised almost every hand he played preflop, like 97s utg etc. I can't decide if he was a good or bad LAG. He was 40/27/3 after 140 hands. But only 15% went to SD. Also this was first time when he called reraise.

My image was surely weaktight, I was running card dead.

Flop call scared me. What hands you put villain on after that flop call? I hated the turn check, but I thought that I'm surely behind his range now. River bet could be trying to buy the pot.
