Default Turn steal, river resteal?

Villian has 27 vpip 19 pfr and 3.15 post agg

He has tried tricky things before and I figure hes testing the waters with this turn raise, so with the ace on river i figure try the resteal. I am probably chip spewing but this is not my standard play, which would be fold turn to the raise without odds. So feel free to educate me.

Party Poker ($10/$20 limit). Hand converted by Check Raised hand converter

Preflop (5 players): Hero is SB with
1 fold.
CO 2 bets.
1 fold.
HERO 3 bets.
1 fold.
CO calls [7:1].

Flop (7 small bets in pot, 2 players):

HERO bets.
CO calls [9:1].

Turn (4.5 bets in pot, 2 players):

HERO bets.
CO 2 bets.
HERO calls [8.5:1].

River (8.5 bets in pot, 2 players):

HERO bets.
CO folds [9.5:1].

Summary:

HERO has High card. [ ] and won (9.3bb)
