Another backpacking through Europe thread (Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden?)

So im graduating in June and have some plans to meet up with a few friends in Germany around World Cup time. They can't come out until a little later so I'm looking at somewhere between 10-12 days of travel by myself.

For a little background, I studied in Prague last year, loved it and will probably go back with my friends. While I was there I did a fair amount of traveling , went to Budapest, Vienna and some others so now I want to push a little further east and see what thats all about.

So anyone ever been to Riga or Vilnius, I know there are some Swedes around here. Suggestions for other places are welcome, stuff to do outside of Stockholm for example, how much time could I spend in each place etc...I know there have been some other Europe threads but I havent see much talk about this part.
