Default What\'s amount of profit is considered \"killing\" 1/2 NL?

Most people agree that if you make 2BB hour in limit your killing the game.
In a game like 1/2 NL what hourly profit is considered "Killing" the game? My guess is that 1/2 NL is about the financial equivilent of playing 4/8 limit so was guessing about $8-10 an hour is killing the game but was looking for confirmation on this.
