Pocket 9\'s poll

There are 23 players left and our hero has 12x the BB in the cutoff. Blinds are 200/400, so hero has 4,800. The UTG player has our hero covered with 17x the BB and he opens for 2x the BB (800) and it folds to our hero. The BB has 15x and SB has 10x BB. What is your pre-flop play and why?
