My heartbeat

Does anyone else ever get really paranoid when trying to sleep in a silent room and you can hear you heartbeat?

Then you try not to think about it but it's still there, and all of a sudden your chest tenses up and you think you can stop your own heartbeat, and when you do you could die?

Like you can breathe automatically for most of the time, but you can stop breathing, and choose to control it if you want to.

Does anyone else ever get paranoid like this?
