Dealing in the WSOP

hello all, long time lurker first time poster. my friend and I are experienced dealers in a casino in Indiana(2 years). we're interested in dealing in the WSOP, all the events, not just the main event. does anyone have any experience dealing the WSOP from past years? i'm looking for information like, how much money can be made, how does one go about getting the job, etc..
