A move I make at 50NL, will it be transparent at higher levels?

5 players Converted at weaktight.com Stacks: UTG (<font color="#0000cc">$91.75</font>) CO (<font color="#0000cc">$53.10</font>) BTN (<font color="#0000cc">$138.30</font>) Hero (<font color="#0000cc">$81.30</font>) BB (<font color="#0000cc">$50.00</font>) Pre-flop: ($0.75, 5 players) Hero is SB A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#777777">3 folds</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $2</font>, BB calls $1.5 Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($4, 2 players) Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">BB bets $2.5</font>, Hero calls $2.5 Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($9, 2 players) <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $6</font>, <font color="#777777">1 fold</font> When I suspect a bluff coming from someone IP (which is very often in a BvB situation, on a raggedy board), I often check-call/lead turn (of course this is a good scare card, but sometimes I'll lead on anything). This gets them to fold quite a bit, but I worry that to thinking players at 100NL+ this move is going to be obvious. Does this line make sense for anything except a bluff? |
