flopped trips out of the BB - need a line

Can anybody give me a good line for this hand. I was unsure what to do on the turn and river. I'm guessing checkraise turn is better. What do I do if 3 bet by either?

I notice how you didn't check/raise the turn and bet out the river. The chances of this guy having you beat is pretty thin at the moment. If you get 3 bet the turn, I might just check/call the river. I might bet/call though too.

actually beni, I don't think this is one of those.

OP, you played this fine. After CO caps, I don't think you want to get into any more of a spew with him, esp on that turn card. If you c/r, he may just call with a better hand (say A5), fearing the flush, or if he has the flush, he's 3-betting you. Then you are faced with having to fold, maybe the best hand. It's a paired 3-flush board, so we may not have the best hand, but often enough to see a showdown and make it worthwhile, also to note any funny play on CO's part.
