72.5g of protein is 145% of a daily recommended allowance? 45g of fat doesn't seem too helpful not knowing how much is saturated or trans and how much is unsaturated.
This is really not much help without telling us what it is. |

not good at all, high in fat calories my guess is probably about 30% of it is saturated fat for only one meal its not very good at all, theres better choices.
And for the protein 75 grams is less than half the amount you should be getting daily, those values calculated are not accurate at all |

They give you the % of calories from each nutrient right on the labeling. They can't really make it any easier for you.
BTW it looks better than average fast food, but it's definitely not healthy food. I would definitely eat it in a pinch and not feel bad about it. |
