Hows my line with bottom two in limped pot
Villain is 24/12/3.03
Is this pretty standard? I didn't 3bet on the flop as the board was so dry, figured with this line I get most value from 9x hands. Re: Hows my line with bottom two in limped pot
Button probably has a A9 or K9. Maybe even 78 if he's aggro. I personally push this flop because over 50% of turn cards are going to scare me. If there is another way to extract more value from this hand I'd love to hear because this is a situation I get into often.

I don't think there are as many scare cards as you say there are against his range. |

Just calling on flop seems good, but why are you checking turn?

Re: Hows my line with bottom two in limped pot
Don't think a 24/12 is limping on the button with anything that would give him 2pr here. I guess I can see him limping with A9, but this seems unlikely. More likely this is a draw making a play, or possibly 44/55 that flopped a set. I don't really like smooth calling his flop raise, either

Just calling on flop seems good, but why are you checking turn? [/ QUOTE ] Because this play is pretty aggro and is likely to bet 9x on the turn and commit himself to the pot. Once he's bet he's commited to call an all in with 9x. If I lead out strong he has the option of folding 9x. |
