Nick Schulman\'s CardPlayer.com Interview
I just wasted three minutes of my life watching his interview discussing short-handed strategy and it was god awful. I think Cardplayer.com's formula of having hot girl interviewers has really gotten out of hand. I would love to hear The Takeover discuss real strategy, but instead I suffered through these gems:
"How many players would be in a short-handed game?" or "Do you think you should increase your starting hand range in a short-handed game?" Cardplayer has always been known as the poker mag with substance, it's a shame their interviews contain none. --And I'll save the cool kids the time, [X] Wasted three minutes reading OP's rant ..Btw, if you hate yourself, heres the link: http://www.cardplayer.com/players/videos/23830/29584 |

Re: Nick Schulman\'s CardPlayer.com Interview
Discussing strategy in a video interview is pointless. It is too boring and hard to learn from.

[/ QUOTE ] exactly, the key to giving a good interview to these girls is to talk about something in general or just talk about something else. And under NO cicumstances EVER discuss a real poker hand even if you are asked about it unless you can say the whole thing in 5 seconds.. "Yea I made a big call and he was bluffing so I doubled up" |

Look on the bright side, it could have been a 10 min hand discussion interview with Vanessa Rousso. Things are never as bad as you think. .Z |

Re: Nick Schulman\'s CardPlayer.com Interview
Yeah, that was pretty worthless. Was I the only one wondering what his left hand was doing in his right sleeve for half the interview?
