25NL: JJ. pot control or protect vulnerable hand?
Villain is ~28/21/8, somewhat tricky.

Turn: ($9.95) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players) BB checks, Hero checks I should have fired again. I am ahead of most of his range and vulnerable and theres no need for pot control here. mistake? Re: 25NL: JJ. pot control or protect vulnerable hand?
The flop is two-suited and rag and with his AF I think he would have raised there with any hand that was beating us. The turn card is a total blank and we should still be ahead, but I really want to charge him in the event he is drawing to the flush or to overs. Also, JJ is such a vulunerable hand that I really don't mind taking it there. I make it $6.50 to go.

You said it yourself, you should have fired the turn. As played a call is definitely fine as your hand is pretty underrepresented.
