NL 25 when do I dump JJ
I am consitantly losing big pots with JJ please look at the below hand and chim in on what the proper move is or how I can minimize my loses. I have also posted another hand where I lost a huge pot with JJ Please take a look at that one also.

Why are we playing with 50BB's?

You didn't think beyond your hand. You saw that you had an overpair in a 3 bet pot and you thought you had the nuts. The problem is, unpaired hands rarely are betting the turn here. Also, one thing that may or may not be applicable to you; if you are having difficulty with jj/tt, play them for set value only until you start to get a little more feel for how to play them.

[/ QUOTE ] With an SPR of 3 OP essentially had the nuts. This is just a cooler and if OP did not get stacked with 50BB's on that flop, its a bigger mistake. |
