Stupid PF Spot; Early in $22+1r+1a
Villain is button and is 14/11 over 27 hands. I am 22/11.
Poker Stars, $20 + $2 NL Hold'em Tournament, 15/30 Blinds, 9 Players LeggoPoker Hand History Converter MP2: 1,355 Hero (CO): 2,840 BTN: 4,660 SB: 3,230 BB: 2,970 UTG: 1,215 UTG+1: 195 UTG+2: 1,360 MP1: 1,675 Pre-Flop: (45) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO) 5 folds, Hero raises to 90, BTN raises to 270, 2 folds, Hero??? I feel like folding is weak here, however I haven't seen villain 3-bet anyone before and I really have no idea what I want to flop if I just call. I felt like a 4-bet was a spew also. What to do? |

...no reads, oop, if you hit you still may only be 2nd best. This early it's not worth it. 43% at best?

I think that you're good enough/deep enough to call and play poker here. 4-betting sucks and folding might be too weak as u said. i don't think you're going to win a big pot here very often, but you're not crushed by his range here either.

Folding may seem weak but I'm laying this down w/out any real reads..
