The Pats @ Bills game Nov 18th has been moved from 1pm to 8:15pm due to the flexible schedule.
This means I now have to freeze my ass off in the Upstate New York night instead of basking in all that a sunny Buffalo afternoon has to offer. It also means Buffalo will only be 4 games back if they beat Miami next week. |

[/ QUOTE ] This is great news for all of you not in the area, because it looks like Patriots are going to get national coverage, maybe from here on out. The next three games are all in primetime and if they win those and are 12-0, I don't see them limiting the Pats TV range with the flexible options. If I was going to the game I might be pissed if I had booked travel for that night. Also, don't forget the last game of the season is on a Saturday night. |

[/ QUOTE ] fyi, the Globe mentioned today that with the addition of the Bills game, the Pats now have 6 primetime games this year. that is apparently the limit any 1 team can have. so I don't think any more games can be moved. (though the other 3 1pm games will likely be "national" games) here is the remaining schedule Nov. 18 at Bills* 8 PM CBS Nov. 25 EAGLES* 8:15 PM NBC Dec. 3 at Ravens 8:30 PM ESPN Dec. 9 STEELERS* 1 PM CBS Dec. 16 JETS* 1 PM CBS Dec. 23 DOLPHINS 1 PM CBS Dec. 29 at Giants* 8:15 PM NFL Network * -- Game subject to possible flexible scheduling adjustment. |

another change to the schedule
"The home game against the Steelers on Dec. 9 has been moved to a 4:15 p.m. kickoff. CBS, which is broadcasting the game, has protected the game from being moved to prime-time." this means that there remain: two 1pm games one 4pm game four 8pm games I hope you guys like late games also, it looks like Chad Jackson will be activated today. I have no idea where he will fit in, but I'm excited to see him play. I think in a perfect world he replaces Donte Stallworth next year. |

Anyone else love watching NFL films recaps on HBO's Inside the NFL? You see things you would never see otherwise.
In the Pats-Colts game: Brady walking up the sideline yelling, "plenty of football to play!" in the 2nd quarter. Moss walking up the sideline later in the game slapping high-fives and saying, "We got them on the ropes, baby, let's just keep doin' what we do!" And Belichick near the end of the game yelling, "60 minutes of football! That's what we play!" Followed by everyone in the locker room huddled up: "Who's 9-0 going into the bye! Whooomp!" We abstract these players so much because all we can see is their performance on the field and have no idea what goes in the clubhouse or on the sidelines. These guys are making history and headlines to us, but to them, it's pure football. Love it. |

Also, Chris Carter absolutely HATES the Pats and is basically openly rooting for their ultimate demise even though his boy is one of the principal architects of their run. Dan Marino is starting to come around as a Pats Believer even though he never gave any credit to their run in past years and always though they would lose the next game no matter how many they had won in the past. Chris Collinsworth just might be more of a Pats homer than anyone in this forum (with the exception of everyone at SI), and Costas is a big Colts homer who always gives the Pats credit and tries never to take a side in these big games but whose allegiance seems fairly clear.
