i call. and i c/c river if no spade. This is worse A too often or something trying to figure out if you have the A.

Re: Early FTP 1k hand
What are u afraid he has no d of here is the question? I wouldn't say a set unless he has no clue how to play. I would raise it as calling wouldn't offer fold option.

Re: Early FTP 1k hand
Screw that monkey make an approx. pot sized bet on flop and be willing to get all chips in. Otherwise weird stuff might happen and you get scared into folding some hand that you intended to make into a bluffcatcher.
I would never check this flop unless I knew my opponent well and it had something to do with their tendencies. Against default opponent I'd bet 100% of the time. |

People are dumb you think the random dude calls preflop with his AJ to fold when flop comes A9x because you keep betting? |

Re: Early FTP 1k hand
i call and hope he makes real small retardo bet river which will happen a good % so i can call all rivers if he doesnt bet small ill fold to really big bets on all UI rivers prolly this is weird but when people do this min-raise then like pot the river i give them a lot of credit because it seems they have a hand here a lot in my experience .

Re: Early FTP 1k hand
I pretty much always bet this flop but I don't think checking is horrible given this dry board.
As played calling the turn kind of sucks bc it leaves you with only a PSB on the river. I would shove the turn looking to stack worse aces and mid pairs that think "you don't have an ace." |

Re: Early FTP 1k hand
I think the combo of check behind flop, min raise turn means your hand is in trouble here.
